Having reporting directly to CEOs/Presidents, still being an employed business unit head myself and having closely worked hands-on with all levels across various functions and roles, I know exactly what it takes at which point in a career to deliver the results required to advance a career and to find the passion to to excel in whatever one does.

On the other hand, conscious reflections about human behaviors and interactions have been an integral part of my entire life (my father* being a professor emeritus of psychology and my step-mother being the most amazing self-psychologist and still practicing psychoanalyst), which allowed me to develop an authentic empathy and deeper insights into the human mind, no certification program could ever deliver.
