Session duration

Coaching sessions usually last 60 minutes. Unless we have agreed otherwise or agree during the session, any overrun of the session time will be at my expense.

Prices

Prices for services rendered are based on the services invoiced at the time the order is placed. I charge for assignments according to quoted “packages” unless we have agreed otherwise. This package price covers the coaching sessions as well as preparation and follow-up time. The billing of additional expenses, e.g. for written evaluations of coaching sessions, will be agreed upon separately.

Payment

I will issue an invoice after the end of the coaching “package”. In the case of coaching packages that cover a longer period of time, we agree on partial payments at regular intervals. Invoices are due for payment without deduction after 14 days.

For private individuals

For an initial discussion, I offer a free and non-binding, 30-minute preliminary discovery call. This allows you to get to know me and my way of working and then decide whether I am the right career & business coach for you.

Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are binding on both sides. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel the coaching session 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellations or postponements less than 24 hours before the start of the agreed appointment, I will charge half the hourly fee, in case of unannounced absence the full hourly fee.

Premature termination of the cooperation

The coaching cooperation is a contractual relationship according to OR Art. 394 to 406. The cooperation can be terminated by either party at any time. In the event of premature termination of the contractual relationship, a pro-rata refund of the package price paid will be made. In any case, a wrap-up meeting shall take place.
