The Private Health Office is not a medical practice, clinic or healthcare treatment provider.

Patrick Mausfeld holds a PhD in Biology and has more than 20 years of professional experience in medical technology and international healthcare environments.

Such information is provided for educational, organizational and decision-support purposes. It does not constitute an individualized medical diagnosis, prescription or treatment recommendation.

The Private Health Office may facilitate access to appropriately qualified specialists for further clinical assessment and professional medical opinions.

& Third Parties

4.Healthcare Providers and Third Parties

Medical examinations, diagnoses, treatments and other clinical services are performed exclusively by independent, appropriately qualified healthcare professionals and institutions.

The Private Health Office may facilitate introductions, appointments, information exchange, second opinions and administrative coordination with such providers.

Healthcare professionals and institutions remain responsible for the clinical services they provide.

The Private Health Office remains responsible for performing its own contractual obligations in accordance with applicable law and the relevant mandate agreement.

The Private Health Office operates independently of hospitals, clinics, physicians, diagnostic providers and other healthcare institutions.

It does not maintain a mandatory referral network or receive commissions for directing clients to particular healthcare providers.

Research, provider identification and coordination are guided by the client's individual circumstances, preferences and relevant available information.

The Private Health Office does not guarantee particular medical outcomes, provider availability or treatment results.
