On one hand, my holistic and transformational coaching approach is grounded in business and management and honed through many years of building a highly successful career for myself working and successfully coaching and mentoring high potentials and co-workers around me. Having reported directly to CEOs and Presidents, still being an employed business unit head myself and having closely worked hands-on with all levels across various functions and roles, I know exactly what it takes at which point in a career to deliver the results required to advance your career and to find the passion to excel in whatever you do.

On the other hand, conscious reflections about human behaviors and interactions have been an integral part of my entire life (my father being a professor emeritus of psychology and my step-mother being an amazing psychoanalyst), which allowed me to develop an authentic empathy and deeper insights into the human mind, no certification program could ever deliver.

As a marketer by passion I also understand what it means to market yourself and to build your personal brand within an organization or when applying for a new role.
